Two months into being a dad, and wow… it’s been a ride. Some days I feel like I’m figuring things out, and other days, I have no clue what I’m doing. But I do know one thing—being a dad is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done and it keeps getting better!
This week, Emily and I did something big… we went on our first date since having Madeline. We hit up a brewery, tried to have an adult conversation (while checking the baby monitor every two seconds), and celebrated a little more.
The one thing that I recommend above all else is to date your wife! (OR partner)
Oh, and it was Madeline’s first Halloween! She was the cutest little Cookie Monster, I was a cookie, and Emily was milk (because obviously...).
